Please note upon sign up we immediately email you your username and password (check your spam/junk folder if you missed it). This is a unique password that can not be changed for security reasons and is different to the password you set when registering your account (the password you set at checkout manages your login to our website and is different from the VPN). Please be careful to type in your unique password correctly. Any problems, please contact support.

We send this immediately upon sign up, if you do not have it, then please check your spam/junk emails. Alternatively, login to the My Account area using the password you created at signup and your VPN password will be in your dashboard. 

 

If any further problems, please get in touch with us

For ITV and Channel 4 we recommend changing the time on your device to UK time, rebooting, and then try again. This should resolve your issue.

After you have connected to our app, your device will now appear as if it were in the UK. Now you can exit the app and use your favourite services like BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub etc. If you do not have these, you should download the app to your device or visit their website to start watching etc.

Unfortunately Netflix is the only service we can not provide access to. Please note that this is the same situation for all VPN providers.

To cancel your subscription this is easily done by logging into your My Account area.
